Trevor has experience working in a wide range of transactional law issues, with his practice focusing on commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial contract negotiations.
He represents clients nationwide in commercial real estate sales and purchases as well as commercial landlords and tenants in the negotiation of industrial, office, and build-to-suit leases. In association with his real estate practice, he routinely drafts and negotiates real estate contracts and reviews diligence materials including title matters, surveys, environmental reports, and zoning reports.
Trevor has assisted in closing numerous acquisitions, sales, and investment transactions. Such transactions have ranged from small, single-location acquisitions of family-owned businesses to large stock acquisitions and mergers with nationwide businesses requiring significant diligence review and negotiations.
He also advises businesses in transactional contracts and negotiates those contracts on behalf of the firm’s clients. These contracts include various information technology type agreements, employment agreements, and vendor service agreements. His work in these areas has been with local start-up businesses seeking to grow their client base as well as large nationwide corporations with significant needs from a variety of vendors.
