Confluence Healthcare Partners announced December 11, 2025 that it, along with its affiliated investors, Skyline Investors and Hoist Capital Partners, formed a new physician administrative services organization in partnership with Valley Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, LLC (“Valley”) and Masdon ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery, LLC (“Masdon”) to provide best-in-class administrative support to ear, nose and throat practices in North Alabama.
