John Parker joined Leo Law Firm in 2018 and concentrates his practice in commercial real estate and business transactions with an emphasis on representing clients nationwide in commercial real estate acquisition and dispositions. He also represents commercial landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of industrial and office leases, including build to suit and reverse build to suit. In association with these practice areas, he routinely deals with ancillary real estate and business contracts to support his client’s transaction goals such as easements, track leases, and development agreements.

In his free time, John enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on projects to his house, and exploring the City of Huntsville. 

Notable Work

  • Represented purchaser in the acquisition of 19 properties across 12 states with an aggregate value of $36 million.
  • Represented purchaser in the acquisition of 17 properties across 15 states with an aggregate value of $38 million.
  • In association with an asset purchase transaction, represented purchaser in the acquisition of 4 properties and the lease of 3 properties.
  • Represented seller of a local family-owned business in the sale of real estate in association with an asset purchase agreement.
  • Represented local business in the sale of real estate which include the assignment of a lease with a multinational delivery services company.
